  • 90-Day Health Coaching and Transformation Package

    Looking to make long-term, meaningful changes to your health and well-being? This comprehensive 3-month package is designed to guide and support you as you achieve your wellness vision and goals.

     

    What’s Included:

    1 x 90-minute deep dive session: We’ll evaluate your current state, create a clear vision of where you want to be, and define personalized goals.

    8 x 60-minute coaching sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly calls to support you in achieving and refining your vision and goals. These sessions provide accountability, encouragement, and actionable steps.

    1 x 60-minute follow-up session: Two months after completing the program, we’ll meet to review your progress and address any challenges.

    Your Journey:

    The Discovery Session (Free, 30 minutes): We’ll discuss your needs, expectations, and whether this program is a good fit for you.

    Pre-Work: After our discovery call, I’ll send you assessments (personal wellness or self-discovery) to kick-start the process.

    The Big Vision Session (90 minutes): Together, we’ll explore your aspirations and define a vision that excites and motivates you. Once your vision is clear, we’ll set actionable goals for the next three months.

    The Checkpoint Sessions (60 minutes x 8): These sessions focus on accountability, progress tracking, and course corrections as needed. You’ll also receive exercises and techniques to help you stay on track. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs.

    The Follow-Up Session (60 minutes): Two months after completing the program, we’ll review your journey and discuss further support if needed.

  • Nutrition Matters: 8-Week Holistic Nutrition Coaching

    This program is for you if:

    You’ve mastered fitness, sleep, and stress management but struggle with nutrition.

    You’re interested in improving your eating habits and relationship with food.

    You’re transitioning to a prescribed diet but don’t know where to start.

    You want to cut through the noise about nutrition and get practical, personalized support.
